The estate was constructed at the end of the 18th century. Built of Toulouse bricks, it spans two levels and is topped with a tile roof.
There are two separate entrances for accessing the property, symetrically laid out in a U-shape, delimited by the wings, around a main courtyard formed by railing and wrought iron gates.

The main house includes two comfortable and character rooms  - a master bedroom, in shades of blue double room, and an en-suite room with double and single beds - with private bathroom, terracota floor tiles and decorative marble fireplace.
On the second floor of the wing of the house are four others good-sized, renovated rooms, chambres de bonnes, with two adjoining bathrooms and two toilets on the floor.

The dining room, a spacious and luminous room courtesy of its two large windows facing south, with painted ciment tiles, a monumental fireplace and double doors opening on to the park.
Adjoining the dining room is a wide and well-equiped kitchen with a rustic fireplace and an access to a terrace.

A spacious lounge, extremely luminous which features wood floors and a white and green marble fireplace as also an access to the park.
